targeted advertising on Instagram has been banned (events in Russia are banned). Now people are coming more aggressively.
For promotion, I used four tools:
масслайкинг;
word of mouth;
Sweepstakes and forward discount contests;
Ads from bloggers.
At first, friends forwarded it, but they soon became japan cell phone number exhausted. Due to the lack of goals on social networks, I resorted to the old fashioned method of mass likes. So people followed my store and subscribed.
Word of mouth comes from public comments from customers, tags from subscribers, mentions in dance chats (dancing is my hobby and I use it for work).
A month later, I started buying ads from bloggers. The pig is always in trouble. For example, one blog I work with has 35,000 subscribers. I paid 3500 rubles, but 20-30 people signed up for me - a bad result.
Another example is an ad for a girl with 50,000 subscribers. I paid 5000 rubles prorated. She had 80 subscribers, which was nice, but there was a “but”: one time a small blogger with 8,000 subscribers tagged me, and 100-120 people came. Conclusion: Retweets and comments work better than ads. People will have more trust in someone who makes a purchase and recommends the product sincerely rather than for money.
Additionally, TikTok bloggers with an audience of 15-40,000 often write to me with advertising suggestions. They have dozens of subscribers. Over time, I understood why this was the case. If you study their page, you'll find that nothing is clear. People can’t see the direction of the blog, which is why the audience is fragmented. I do not recommend that you agree to such offers.
