Last week we told you how to start a good email marketing campaign , today we are going to go a little deeper into email marketing and how to create a high-impact email .
How can I create high-impact emails?
After following the points discussed in the last post (remember: preparing a mailing list, complying with data protection regulations, and segmenting your contacts), we can start writing the emails.
Keep in mind that to create that attraction with your contacts you must tell a good story, content that really interests them. This way it will be easier for you to make the email a two-way conversation with them. The last thing we want is for it to be a monologue with yourself
Email offers tremendous value in strengthening your contacts' relationship with your company.
Steps to write a high-impact email:
Before creating an email template, we need to know what the purpose list of telegram users in japanof that email is , otherwise, your contacts would not know why they are receiving your email nor would it offer them any added value.
To help you narrow down the goal of your email, you'll need to answer the questions: "who," "what," "when," "where," and "why."
Who are you sending the email to?
You will need to decide who are the right people to receive the content of your messages. With the help of the contact segmentation that we have done previously, we will be able to know who to send each type of content that we prepare.
To do this, we will have to analyze:
What information each contact considers valuable (with the help of identified buyer persona segmentation ).
See where your contacts are in the buyer's journey to target the right content to each one.
What will you send them?
Answer this question: What do you want your contacts to do with this email? Do you want them to subscribe to the blog, sign up for a webinar, or download content? The “what” should be clear and quantifiable – it should be a SMART goal. A SMART goal is specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely. By having a SMART goal, you will be able to determine whether or not your email campaign is effective.
