How the reservation system used to work:
When customers booked an appointment in the previous UENI system, they received a notification like this: “Your booking request has been sent successfully. We will be in touch shortly to confirm your booking.”
As for business, you previously received a booking notification in list of brazil whatsapp phone numbers My Account and a confirmation email with the booking details. So you were left to manage your own calendar.
How the booking system works now:
The new booking confirmation still starts with a booking request on your website.
Now, instead of receiving an easy-to-dismiss email, all booking notifications will appear in My Account under the My Clients section, which encompasses bookings, messages, and orders:

We know that email notifications are precious, so you still receive the booking request via email and it also includes the option to view the booking and confirm it:
Email that the business owner receives and notifies him that he has received a reservation request
When you view the booking in My Account, you will be able to confirm (or reject) the booking, as well as respond to your client (for example: “Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes early for meeting preparation”)
In My Clients, the business owner has the option to confirm or reject the reservation and also to reply to the client by leaving a message (optional)
After confirming the reservation, the client will receive an email with a confirmation message and both of you will receive invitations to an attached calendar event.
