Our client Oncosalud needed to have an job seekers phone number data exclusive page for its members of Minera Cerro Verde, where the end user could find all the necessary information about their plan, its benefits and prevention content for their daily life. Below, we tell you about the success stories of Cerro Verde's web development.

What were the client's challenges?



The Cerro Verde mining company needed an exclusive platform for its members, where they could find information about their plan, its benefits and prevention content. In addition, they required that access could be given directly from the company's application and that it had an integrated blog section.



Implementing an exclusive portal for Cerro Verde members was a major challenge, as the mining company needed an integrated and customized solution for its users. Our challenges were to implement the asset with another web development stack and successfully comply with the QA protocol. This was an important requirement to guarantee the quality of the implementation and avoid errors that could affect the user experience.

The solution used



To implement an exclusive page for Cerro Verde affiliates, we used the HubSpot platform for web development , which allows the integration of different tools and the creation of automated and multi-channel flows.



HubSpot was the perfect solution for this case, as it allowed the integration of different tools to create a personalized user experience . It provided us with various benefits and functionalities, such as:

A single platform where all affiliates meet

Allows the creation of automated and multi-channel flows

To implement the exclusive Cerro Verde portal, tools such as Marketing Hub, CMS and Blog templates from HubSpot were used. In addition, we implemented several functionalities on the website, including:

Buttons to content modules


We implemented a header with anchor buttons towards the content modules, to provide control and immediacy to the user.



Carousel of contents


In order to make the content more interactive and user-friendly, different carousels (images and graphics) were implemented, which allow the user to navigate through the content items without having to scroll.





Downloadable content


Users will be able to find information segmented and organized, so they can download and review only the information relevant to them.



Benefit Cards


Users will be able to find a list of benefits with summary information, which will allow them to quickly review all the benefits. And by clicking on each card, detailed information on how to obtain the benefit will be displayed.

Appointment Scheduling


Users can download the contact details of the different Auna service centers. They also have the option of scheduling online, directly from the portal.





Prevention Content


This is a blog section with specialized content for the user, containing 6 content categories: Physical Activity, Wellness and Health, The ABC of Oncology, Nutrition, Family Health and Mental Health.



The category filter is located at the beginning of the blog so that the user has control from the start of the tour and can personalize their experience.

Extra content


We also include a section of additional content, where the user can find links to download the Auna+Benefits App and the Wellness Test.



Both are premium content formats that offer more value to users. For example, the quiz is an online survey that seeks to provide an overview of the contact's lifestyle. Learn more about how we developed this quiz here.







Results achieved: 16K affiliates


The implementation of the portal was successful and the platform met the expectations of the Cerro Verde mining company and its affiliates. The implementation allowed the Cerro Verde mining company to have an integrated platform for all its affiliates, which facilitated management and obtaining relevant information , such as blog visits, reporting and alerts. And we currently have 16K Cerro Verde affiliates between Lima and Arequipa!



Users were able to access valuable information more easily and quickly, which improved their experience. Buttons to content modules, content carousels, and downloadable content allowed users to find content more quickly and in a more accessible way. Additionally, appointment scheduling and benefit cards allowed users to have a more complete and personalized experience.



In summary, the implementation of the exclusive portal for Cerro Verde affiliates allowed the mining company to offer a personalized and quality experience to its users. The platform allowed the integration of different tools and the creation of automated and multi-channel flows , which facilitated the management of information and improved the user experience.
