How to Create and Define a Persona

A persona or Buyer Persona is a very powerful tool for country email list attracting highly valuable visitors and customers to your business.

A Persona is a semi-fictional character, based on the real characteristics and details of your audience converted into an avatar.

To create them well, you need to use information from your own customers and former customers, and from your staff, because the more accurate the information, the better the Buyer Persona's performance will be.


Some of the important questions to ask your customers so you can define your Byer Persona are:

Demographics: Are they married or single? Do they have children? How much do they earn? What is their gender? What is their age? What is their educational background? What is their level of education?
What industry do they work in? The industry a Persona works in defines their tone, scale, language, and more.
How do you measure success at work? To help determine whether your products or services can help customers/buyers achieve what they are looking for.
What are their professional goals and what does professional success represent to them? And also vice versa, what are their biggest obstacles to success at the moment?
How can you target your content to meet their needs?
How do you prefer to receive promotional information? Is there a preferred marketing channel?
