During this period, you decided to study with us for the Master's in E-commerce Management . Why did you choose this program?
I chose it because, after three years working in content creation, I was lacking a background in marketing and the creation and execution of an omnichannel strategy. I needed to better understand the other areas I worked with on a day-to-day basis.

It has helped me gain a much broader and more comprehensive vision and, very importantly, to understand what it takes to start a project from scratch, something I would like to do at some point.

You currently work as Content Manager for Hotel Beds. What has this professional change meant for you? Is the way you work different from your previous position?
The way we work is brazil mobile database completely different because it's a different business model: it's gone from an e-commerce business aimed at end customers to working for the world's largest bed bank, a B2B business. It's also a company with a much more international and cosmopolitan focus, where you interact with many cultures and nationalities.

What strategy are you implementing during this quarantine period?
The quarantine, and above all, working in an unprecedented context like the pandemic, has forced us to change our lead acquisition strategy to focus on crisis management and brand reputation: publishing content about the value proposition our brand offers, resources to address the crisis, eBooks, many blogs, social media, and, recently, we have launched a complex webinar strategy.

How would you like your profile to evolve within the company?
It's too early to be sure, but I always like to take a sideways look at the digital marketing, email marketing, and corporate communications aspects.
