The City of Jundiaí is a government entity that is essential for the management and development of the municipality. In this sense, the City of Jundiaí demonstrated its commitment to the future of students by identifying the need to hold a career fair for students. This event was designed to provide valuable guidance and insights, helping young people make informed decisions about their career paths. The city had a ready-made scope for the project, but did not have a Career Guide.

2. The challenge regarding the Career Guide
Seeking to provide informative events in the municipality, the City of Jundiaí found an opportunity to hold a Career Fair, aiming to provide more information about the courses available and assist students in choosing a career.

To structure the internal structure and make the exhibition more organized, the government entity sought Líder Jr., which, in partnership with Impacta Jr., a junior company for Business Administration at the Karnig Bazarian Foundation in Itapetininga, prepared a Career Guide, aiming to document the available courses and information about them, in addition to preparing a guide about each career so that the information is more accessible and clear, thus facilitating the occurrence of the Career Fair event, in order to help students in their search for a profession.

3. Project Stages
3.1 Secondary data research
At the beginning of the project, data collection was carried out, in which information related to the definition of the courses to be researched and key information about each course was converted and documented. The documentation included information on approximately 100 courses, both at higher and technical levels.

3.2 Field Research
Firstly, as a way of getting to know and collecting more information about the courses, a survey was conducted with a graduate from each of the courses. In this survey, subjective information about the courses is collected. Some of the subjective information given above is: main subjects and skills acquired, as well as a statement, which aims to provide guidance for students seeking knowledge about a possible area of ​​interest.

3.3 Guide Documentation
At the end of the research, a complete guide to professions is prepared. Líder Jr. is based on information related to: skills and competencies, education and professional training, and the job market.Image
