As a leader in digital training, Ana Sánchez-Blanco has participated on behalf of the school in the Digital working group called "People, the Invisible Key to Digital Transformation" , with the aim of promoting the training of professionals.
The event, part of the cycle "Digitization as a Driver of bc data india Change" of the Madrid Business Forum, was held at the Pons Foundation (C/ Serrano 138), on Thursday, October 7 at 10 a.m.
Throughout the morning, Ana has explained the benefits and importance of continuous training, under the title “Learning to be digital” . There, our director detailed how the training and career of talent has been transformed over the last few years, placing special emphasis on their involvement in current business .
The panel also included the participation of África Hernández, Coordinator of Digital Transformation at Pons Business School, and Michael de José Belzunce, President of the Institute of Emotional Intelligence and Applied Neuroscience (IDIENA). After the debate, there was also a question and answer session moderated by Paloma Cañete, coordinator of the association.
