Embraco launches integrated solution to raise standards in refrigeration industry

February 2024 - Embraco, a global brand of refrigeration technology for the domestic and commercial cold chain and part of Nidec Global Appliance, announces the launch of a new set of electronic components called " Sync it All " at the beginning of 2024: Embraco AIR fans and Embraco SYNC controllers. These two solutions are mainly aimed at the light commercial refrigeration field and will be integrated with Embraco variable frequency compressors and the collaborative interface tool YouControl , becoming an easy-to-use solution with customer-defined system parameters and automatic tuning function.

Integrated solutions for smart refrigeration
Sync it All integrates Embraco AIR, Embraco SYNC, Embraco inverter compressors and the YouControl development interface, reinforcing the new category of electronic components through the concept of "Synchronize to Optimize". These solutions enable multiple Embraco products to work together to achieve enhanced and optimized performance, simplifying the settings and reducing the adaptation cycle of inverter compressors from weeks to days, while saving energy consumption and ensuring temperature stability.

Embraco SYNC is an electronic controller with a wide range of input voltages, easy settings and the ability to control a wide range of devices such as compressors, fans, lights and alarms. It operates as an intelligent device, optimizing device performance through an adaptive defrost algorithm. This algorithm allows defrosting based on self-detection of ice formation, or improved load management of door frames or heaters through heater control. Embraco SYNC comes with an auto-tuning function embedded in You Control.
Embraco AIR is an energy-saving fan with two motor options (same size), variable frequency settings, flexible assembly and fixing methods, and a wider temperature operating range than traditional models, from -40°C to +60°C, so that one product can meet multiple needs.
