We wanted to get inside the minds of lawyers to help them make the right choice when purchasing software. Purchasing software can be a complex task, and we want to make it as simple, easy and effective as possible.
Here's a summary of the results that we hope will be useful to software vendors looking to better meet customer needs, and software buyers who want to see how their search compares to others in their field.
Key Findings: Buyers of Legitimate Software
Two-thirds bought new legal software last year
A small majority purchased case management software
They bought twice as much because of the growth of investor database the number of cases than because of the growth of their company.
The majority, 59%, used third-party review sites.
The majority, 42%, planned to spend more than $100 per month.
