To allow your customers to write to you via WhatsApp and reply from the Service Console, you must first be a Salesforce customer . In addition, you must meet some requirements:

Own Lightning Experience or Salesforce Classic in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, or Developer editions.

Have a Digital Engagement, Service Cloud and Chat user license.

Have an approved WhatsApp Business account and a verified Facebook Business andorra email list Manager account.

Finally, once you have verified all of the above, you can start the installation process by following the steps indicated by Salesforce on their website.

These are as follows:

1. Set up your WhatsApp account on Facebook Business Manager by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "WhatsApp Number Setup". Enter the following information:

Salesforce Org ID.

Facebook Business Manager ID.

The name associated with your Facebook Business Manager ID.

WhatsApp phone number along with a name and email address to validate ownership of the phone, the company name we want to display on WhatsApp, and whether the phone is a landline or mobile.

If you wish, you can also submit a company description, logo image, and website URL.

2. Go to your WhatsApp channel through Lightning Experience settings. To do this, type "Messaging" in the search engine and select "Messaging Settings". In the "Channels" section, you can refresh the list and the WhatsApp channel should appear immediately.
