A marketing partnership is when two or more brands strategically collaborate to achieve a goal. To be successful, both companies must have an overlapping target audience segment.
For example, female skate collective GRLSWIRL recently collaborated with women's sports brand Roxy.
They created an e-commerce campaign for co-branded products:
