My old YouTube videos didn't use any pattern breaks.
My videos were very static.
They used pretty much the same shot throughout the video.
The videos also lacked visuals, cuts to different shots...or anything else to break the pattern.
Today my videos are filled with interruptions of different models.
My videos use tons of inserts ( B-reels ):

4. Plan your videos
Unless you're one of those people who are a complete natural in front of a camera, you'll probably want to write a script for your videos.
