Today, fashion and technology came together at a round table for the tenth edition of the Samsung EGO Innovation Project , the event created by Samsung that promotes projects by young fashion talents who integrate technology into their collections. This initiative has already distributed 100,000 euros over these ten editions to activate the fashion proposals of these young talents . On the catwalk, the public was able to discover collections made with hydrochromic fabrics , they were able to see holograms on the catwalk, garments that integrated Samsung devices into the designs themselves and, in this edition, they were able to understand the language of light through QUANTUM , a collection that reflected the mood of its wearers through the garments.

Following the QUANTUM saudi arabia number screening fashion show by Constanza+LAB , a meeting took place in which some of the young stars of Spanish fashion talked about the connection between fashion, technology and the future. Rocío Holgado, Marketing Manager of Samsung Spain , was in charge of moderating the conversation and opening this round table : “With the Samsung EGO Innovation Project we want to continue discovering the young designers in our country who best connect talent and technology.” Rocío Holgado was joined by Charo Izquierdo , Director of MBFWM IFEMA, Andrés Aberasturi , Commissioner of Samsung EGO, and previous winners of the competition such as Rubén Gómez, Virginia Vallejo and the current winner, Constanza Mas.

In her first speech, Charo Izquierdo thanked Samsung for its commitment to fashion and technology and presented the talk as a unique opportunity to talk with the great designers of tomorrow: “Thank you to Samsung for having been involved during these 10 editions and for inviting us today to talk about this reality that we are already experiencing. The fashion that works with technology today is the one that is evolving much more.”
