The Spinner is a service that allows individuals to influence others through the articles and websites that the target audience visits. The first example the company shows is how a husband can subliminally convince his wife to have more sex with him.
The basic idea, according to the company, is that the husband pays $29 and receives a short URL with a tracking code that is linked to a cookie . He then sends that URL to his wife in a text message with some excuse.
