Who assigns the token?
The token is assigned by the advertising data operator ( ADO ). To register an ad and receive a token for it along with the creative, you need to transfer information about the contract with the end advertiser, i.e. the one who paid for the ad, to the advertising data operator.

The main advertising systems have their own ORD. Advertising uk whatsapp market participants can choose one or several advertising data operators.
Creatives are marked automatically after uploading contract information. Agencies, advertisers and platforms that do not work through the ORS (advertising system operator, advertising network, for example VKontakte, Yandex Direct, myTarget) must register creatives and contracts in ORS personal accounts via API or manually.
Any participant in the advertiser-agency-platform chain can register a creative. But it is more logical and convenient for the ORS or the site owner to do this.
To obtain a token, you need to transfer two data packets to the ORD.
