Belgium, Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, the United Kingdom (at central government level) are among the European countries that have identified Peppol as the sole or first choice for managing the sending and receiving of B2B electronic invoices.
