Understanding how artificial intelligence (AI) works
Artificial intelligence is a subdiscipline of computer science. It is dedicated to creating a computer system that rivals human intelligence . By extension, an AI has the following abilities: to learn, how to build phone number list communicate, reason, plan, act, etc., and this in an autonomous manner.
In marketing, AI systems use complex algorithms to process a large amount of data . By analyzing this information, they gradually improve. The techniques most used by an AI are: natural language processing and machine learning.
Currently, three categories of AI are used in marketing:

ANI or weak artificial intelligence : it is intended to perform limited tasks such as voice and image recognition, online product recommendation, etc. This AI is the most common in the marketing world.
AGI or artificial general intelligence : it can solve complex problems, learn new knowledge, etc. This AI reasons like a human. It represents the intermediate step towards the creation of an autonomous AI.
ASI or artificial intelligence super intelligence : its capabilities clearly exceed those of a human. It can solve problems that a human cannot solve.
