"I must have eaten something very strong or I'm really going crazy," thought Ramón. First Steve Jobs and now Alberto Chicote.

Ramon had never bothered to read what his customers were saying and his first reaction was denial. “ What a bunch of starving people . What do they expect with what they pay? What's more, I'm sure they are former employees who want to annoy. Or the competition, who no longer know how to attack me.”
"What are you saying?" Chicote replied. "The thing is that this is a fucking mess. This is a filthy company and I don't even know how you're not already in jail."
" Are you going to tell me how to run my business? I'm not going to put up with you talking to me like that. If you want, we can go outside and you can tell me again," Ramón shouted angrily.
