It's a bit complicated to think "eco-responsible" when you're drawing, but I pay attention to the printing part. I advise my clients on the subject. Is it really necessary to print this document? If so, how many copies? It's not useful to print more than necessary.
Of course, I pay attention to the printers I work with. I make sure to partner with certified printers. I use recycled paper (at different percentages). For my clients in the region, I recommend local printers that I know who have a good CSR approach, are certified and/or provide good quality recycled paper.
In general, I look for more eco-friendly solutions. I limit the number of prints and I work with the right people. And of course, I try to collaborate mainly with clients who have a positive approach.
Well done for making your customers aware of this subject! Tell me Héliora, you who work in communication, what is good communication for you?
For me, good communication should show who you are. It should convey the right message to the right people. That's really the most important thing for me.
I couldn't agree more! And on your side, how do you communicate about your work?
I address my ideal clients, solopreneurs or SMEs with positive projects or in the cultural sector whose sole objective is not to make money.
For this, I have a website that brings together all cambodia whatsapp the information related to my services and my portfolio. I chose to present only 16 projects. So as soon as I want to add a new one, I delete one. In this way, I select the universe that I want to highlight to attract the right clients to me. I also use social networks, Instagram , Facebook and LinkedIn . On these platforms I do not limit myself in my style. I allow myself to share all my projects.
Even though I am active on social media and I receive messages, it is not the channel that brings me the most customers. The real communication tool that works is contact and word of mouth! And once the client has chosen the concept that suits them best, I start working on the universe and the colors.
I completely understand your need to know your client's story, but why is it so important to you?
It is his image and the image of his company that I must convey in my visuals. So if I don't know who I represent, I can't do it in the right way. My client will not reach the target that is really interested and the customers attracted by his communication will be disappointed by the gap with reality.
Every company, small or large, has its own values and DNA. Business leaders know what to highlight about their company. Of course, some have a very specific image of what they want: this color or that shape. And in the end, it doesn't represent their company and their DNA at all. I still offer them two ideas: one that follows their desires and one that truly represents their company. In general, it's the second proposal that wins!
