Google is a feared Internet giant. Who has never used this search engine to find other websites? I have, you have , and I bet everyone around you has done the same. However, the company's reach goes far beyond the basic box that appears when we type

Owner of the largest online advertising system ( Google Adsense ), the multinational also has tools such as Trends , Webmaster , Analytics , Maps , Drive and a series of others that we could continue to list here. Conclusion: Google has lebanon email list money, a lot of money and is currently responsible for hiring a team that keeps everything running behind the computers.

Anyone who has studied technology and multimedia would give anything to have a job at Google , right? Apparently, the company hires the best of the best, after subjecting each candidate to an interview full of incredible questions . But it's rare when Google invites someone to work at their company... and even rarer when that person turns down the offer!

João Pedro Motta: Planning your success
João Pedro Motta was only 12 years old when, interested in what he was reading about programming in Orkut communities , he decided to investigate the subject and learn the basics of this universe. At the time, he lived in the city of Governador Valadores, in Minas Gerais. He didn't like math, he preferred letters to numbers and the complicated codes gave him headaches.

Little by little, he mastered the codes and became a master. In no time, João Pedro Motta was back on Orkut, this time not only to participate in programming discussions but also to find bugs on the platform. His efforts earned him recognition and several rounds of applause, but it still wasn't enough.

It wasn't long before Web Dicas came into being , a website where he put into practice what he had learned: both through the creation of his own page and through the content he published there, all of which related to questions about the world of programming and discoveries he was making. Curious programmers and interested people began to visit the site, unaware that the person who ran it was a young underage boy. João Pedro Motta was afraid that they wouldn't take him seriously if he revealed his age.

In 2010, at the age of 14, he stumbled upon a Twitter error and did everything he could to correct it. Once again, his work was applauded, but this time the applause came with a job offer: Twitter was interested in having him on its team. Forced to reveal his identity and age, the young Brazilian refused, but was certain that the invitation was a good sign.

Two years later, he moved to São Paulo to work as a freelancer. The young prodigy worked solo for small and large companies and, from time to time, he would turn down new proposals that came his way – as he did with Google ’s invitations – always giving the same justification: “I never wanted to do things for other people.”

In 2012, he launched Plaay – a music streaming service with over 100,000 users and sponsored by Pepsi . The Plaay app remains among the most downloaded in the “music” category of the Apple Store in Brazil, proving the young man’s success.
